Terms and Conditions

Rule 1: Reservations and payments

  • Clients can make reservations through the Upgrade Travel website or over the phone with one of our reservation agents.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm reservations. The amount of the deposit varies according to the travel package and will be informed to the client at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the date of arrival at the hotel or at the beginning of the tour. If full payment is not received by the due date, Upgrade Travel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice and without liability.

Rule 2: Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Upgrade Travel by email or fax.
  • Cancellation policies vary by tour service provider and will be applied accordingly. Upgrade Travel is not responsible for refunds or credits for unused services due to cancellations.
  • Upgrade Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify tourist services if necessary for security reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Rule 3: Responsibility

  • Upgrade Travel acts as an intermediary for a wholesale booking agency and is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, accident, delay or irregularity that may occur during the tour services provided by tour service providers.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that travel requirements such as visas, passports and vaccinations are met before making a reservation with Upgrade Travel.
  • Clients are responsible for their own personal property during tourist services.

Rule 4: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This agreement shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where Upgrade Travel is located.
  • Any dispute related to this agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Upgrade Travel is located.

Rule 5: Changes to the terms and conditions

Upgrade Travel reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Upgrade Travel website.
